Portugal Planned provides personal travel advice and itinerary planning for Portugal. This page explains the website and initial inquiry process. The scope and terms of any paid service will be agreed with you in writing before payment.

An inquiry starts a conversation

Sending the form does not reserve a date, confirm availability, create a paid booking, or require you to purchase a service. No payment is taken through this website. If your request is a fit, you will receive a written proposal confirming the service, scope, fee, delivery date, payment schedule, and cancellation terms. Work begins after those details have been agreed.

The services shown on this website

Published prices are in US dollars and cover planning services only.

• Planning Session, $149: a pre-call questionnaire, a 60-minute video conversation, and a short written recap of the key decisions and next steps. It does not include a complete daily itinerary.
• Personal Trip Plan, $595: the planning conversation is included, along with a personalized plan for up to seven travel days and two overnight bases. The plan includes a daily outline, practical recommendations, organized links, and one consolidated revision within the agreed brief.

Longer trips, additional overnight bases, substantial changes, and New York meetings are considered individually and quoted before you commit. Any taxes that apply will be identified in your proposal before payment.

You make your travel bookings

You choose, book, and pay airlines, accommodation, transport providers, restaurants, guides, and attractions directly. Their prices, availability, service conditions, and cancellation policies are separate from the planning service. Planning fees do not include these travel costs, tickets, personal guiding, or on-trip emergency assistance.

A recommendation or suggested itinerary does not confirm a reservation or guarantee admission, availability, a particular price, or access to a person or place. Any relevant referral payment or material business or family relationship behind a recommendation will be disclosed.

Information, changes, and delivery

Your plan depends on the dates, budget, interests, booked items, and practical needs you share. Tell us about important constraints before the trip brief is agreed. Delivery dates are confirmed once the information needed to prepare your plan has been received.

A change to your dates, destinations, party, or overall brief may require a new quote. Extra work will be explained and agreed before it begins. If something promised is missing or you spot a material error in our work, contact us so that it can be addressed.

Cancellations and support

Your written service agreement will set out rescheduling, cancellation, refunds, included contact time, and the end date for planning support before you pay. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. This website does not offer continuous messaging or emergency assistance during a trip.

Sample plans and travel information

The sample itinerary is an illustration of the planning approach, rather than a completed client's trip or a personalized recommendation for your circumstances. Sample budget allowances are illustrative estimates, not current supplier quotes. Opening hours, timetables, prices, and conditions can change, so confirm relevant details with providers before booking.

Travelers remain responsible for their travel documents and entry requirements. Use the relevant official authorities for current requirements. A planning service cannot guarantee weather, supplier performance, savings, safety, or enjoyment of a trip.
